Bob Aiello is a DevOps/CM/ALM architect, trainer and coach with more than twenty-five year's experience as a technical manager at leading financial services firms, with company-wide responsibility for application and systems build, package and deployment. He provides hands-on technical support for enterprise source code management tools, build & release engineering, continuous integration, and automated application and systems continuous delivery/deployment. Bob has extensive experience implementing agile/lean IT controls including change management (CCB/CAB) to ensure compliance with common regulatory and audit requirements (e.g. SOX/Cobit). He serves as the IEEE P2675 DevOps working group chair and is a member of the IEEE Software and Systems Engineering Standards Committee (S2ESC) management board. Bob served as the technical editor for CM Crossroads for more than 15 years and is currently editor of the Agile ALM DevOps journal (http://agilealmdevops.com), coauthor of Configuration Management Best Practices (Addison-Wesley, 2011) and his latest book Agile Application Lifecycle Management - Using DevOps to Drive Process Improvement.
Leslie Sachs is a New York State certified school psychologist and COO of CM Best Practices Consulting.
