Once you have downloaded and created the ISO image, installing TFS is pretty straightforward.
Note that these screen shots represent my own personal experience setting up TFS.

Figure 2 - Select the read and accept license terms and then select Next
Figure 3 - Select the drive for installation and click on Install.

Figure 7 - Finally the SQL Server component will install.
